Corporate Volunteering

Swap the office for the bush

Forget stuffy conference rooms and stale biscuits—bring your team to Riverdale Farm for a hands-on, boots-in-the-dirt experience that’s actually good for the planet.

At Riverdale Farm, we’re all about rewilding—our land, our minds, and maybe even your team. Whether it’s planting native grasses, restoring habitat, or just getting everyone off their emails and into the fresh air, our corporate volunteering days are designed to reconnect people with nature, each other, and the bigger picture.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Get your hands dirty – Help plant native vegetation, remove invasive species, or build habitat for local wildlife.

  • Meet the locals – And by that, we mean our resident birds, echidna, and possibly a very unimpressed goat or two.

  • Team bonding without the cringe – No awkward icebreakers. Just real work, fresh air, and a lot of shared moments that don’t involve spreadsheets.

  • Learn a thing or two – We’ll talk you through rewilding, why it matters, and how your business can be part of the change.

Make It Count

Your team’s efforts won’t just be a nice day out—they’ll contribute to real, lasting environmental impact. And who knows? You might just leave with muddy boots, clear minds, and a newfound appreciation for birdsong (or at least a strong dislike for our noisy cockatoo, Tippi Hedren).
